Rhinebeck is the village people picture when they say Hudson Valley wedding. The Beekman Arms has been an inn since before the Revolution, the main street still looks the part, and the surrounding countryside is all estates and horse farms and long tree lined drives.
Weddings here tend to lean classic, and classic can slide into stiff if the photographer lets it. My job is the opposite. I am watching for the grandfather wiping his eyes during the toast, the bridesmaid fixing a strap, the two of you finally alone for ninety seconds. Those are the frames that hold up.

How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 9 to 12 months in advance for peak Hudson Valley wedding season (May through October). I take a limited number of weddings per year so I can give every couple full attention. Reach out as soon as you have a date in mind.

How much of a deposit do you require?
There is a nonrefundable 25% deposit at the time of booking. Full payment is due a month before the wedding. If you cancel within 30 days of the wedding, you will get a 50% refund.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes, I am fully insured. I can provide a certificate of insurance directly to your venue if they request one.
How long after the wedding will we receive the images?
You will get a sneak peek within 48 hours of the wedding. Full delivery is 2 to 4 weeks because I don't like waiting, and I don't like making you wait. The photos arrive through a private online gallery as high resolution files, edited in my signature style.
Can I customize a package to fit my needs?
Yes. Once we hop on a first call or Zoom, we can dive deep and customize a package around your day.
