Using this site

You are welcome to browse, read, and share links to anything here. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

The photographs are mine

Every image on this site is my own work and is protected by copyright. You may not download, copy, edit, crop, apply filters to, republish, or use any photograph for commercial purposes without written permission from me.

Sharing a link to a page is always fine. Reposting an image to social media is fine if you credit Marlon Ramos Photography and do not alter the image. Anything beyond that, ask first. I say yes more often than you would think.

If you are a client, your photo contract governs what you can do with your own gallery, and it grants you more than this page does.

Inquiries are not bookings

Sending an inquiry through this site does not reserve your date and does not create a contract between us. A date is only held once you have signed a photography agreement and paid the retainer. Until then the date stays open to everyone.

Prices shown on the investment page are current at the time of publishing and can change. The price in your signed agreement is the price that counts.

Accuracy

I keep the information here current, but I make no guarantee that everything is complete or free of errors at any given moment. Venue details, availability, turnaround times, and pricing can all change.

Links to other places

Some pages link out to venues, vendors, and other businesses I like. Those sites are not mine and I am not responsible for their content, their practices, or anything that happens once you leave here.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last revision, and continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
